Stomachache cycle

My stomachache is coming to me again these days. That just seems like a period, or a cycle. Why do I say that? Because... Stomachache always "attacks" me suddenly without any warning in advance, and lasts for several days at least till I recover my health. Maybe few months later, the same situation comes to me again. The condition repeats and repeats, just right like a cycle. So weird!
